“Your event was so lovely. I have to say, thank you for the space. I mean that literally. I am extremely hesitant to go into public spaces and I felt really safe at your event. The little things made me feel special and I know that was your intent. I love how I was greeted when I walked into the door. I enjoyed the activity which filled up the mingling time just perfectly. With my mask on, I don’t interact as I normally would because, well, I don’t want anyone in my face lol! So I liked that I had something to do. The quotes were so cool to read because they warmed us up to the book. Honestly, I don’t read novels enough because my field requires so much research and reading, I never make time for other material- you ignited my curiosity. I even saved/loved the card we wrote on. I am a design geek and it felt just right for the mood, not to mention the beautifully wrapped book. I left feeling like I was privy to something very few were and I love a boozy afternoon.”
